Fantastic Start to The New Year

2017

The team are extremely proud to announce that “all records were broken” in 2017. Unprecedented sales volumes were achieved. Hard work by all – best results ever!

We were privileged to witness the birth of a new suburb – “Sandown”. In May, Sandown paved the way for the launch of the highly anticipated and prestigious security estate within, called “Sagewood”.

And, later in the year, the first free–standing single residential erven in Sandown 1A/B were launched to the market.

2018

I am proud and somewhat saddened to report that the last single residential plot in the extremely popular Parklands North development has now been sold. There are no further single residential plots available from the township developers in Parklands. Resales of undeveloped plots are taking place offering sellers good returns on their investment here.

Of the 247 erven initially launched to the market in Sagewood I can confirm that only 1 plot remains available. The roads and services to the final phase will be handed over shortly. Presently 43 building plans have been approved by the review committee. The first “spade to break ground” is imminent. 8 plots were held back at the launch, pending finality of landscaping to the development. These plots should be released later this year. And yes, I am taking names for them already.

Sagewood has not only been an incredible success but a development I am so privileged to have been a part of. I look forward to watching buyer’s dreams turn into reality and the architectural styles selected.

In Sandown the installation of the roads and services have commenced to phases 1A/B with completion expected at the end of August. Spring should see the start of new homes here. Of the 107 plots launched to the market there are only 5 remaining. The plot sizes range from 250m2 with selling prices commencing at R785, 000 (incl VAT).

With the incredible interest displayed in Sandown, both in the Sagewood estate and Phases 1A/B, I expect equal demand in the future phases to be released. In this regard I am already building a list of buyers for the future Sandown Phases and the product it will offer.

The cherry on top – on 1 March my company appointed me to the board of directors. What a great experience I’ve had in property, what a great future I look forward to!
